We don’t try to be a full-stack managed service provider. Our work is focused on Microsoft security posture and operational stability. That means there are areas we deliberately leave to internal teams or other partners.
We do not run general IT helpdesks, manage printers, or troubleshoot local network hardware. We also avoid non-Microsoft identity platforms and broad, one-off tooling projects. These efforts dilute accountability and introduce unnecessary complexity.
By keeping scope clear, we can do our work well. The boundary creates a cleaner operating model, stronger baselines, and fewer surprises.
